9-28-08 Raids Recap

Well, here's what we did today...

~4PM server time: Raided BT, illi rush. Semi-guild raid with PUG elements. Killed Illi on first try. Took about 90 minutes.

~6PM server time: Raided Hyjal, killed Az and Archie. Semi-guild raid with PUG elements. Killed Az. Killed Archie, but it was close. Had to boot a priest (non-guild) that was more concerned with the spelling of his name than actually healing. Took about 100 min.

~8pm server time: Re-raided Hyjal, killed Az and Archie. Same as above on raid members. Archie was easier this time. Tried to kill Kaz, but a 5 man group just didn't cut it. Nice try though.

That was a lot of fun. Too bad I had to kick that dipshit priest who wouldn't heal.

Yeah, he/she was pretty dumb. Is healing 300 hp a bad thing for a priest? UH, duh. When Archi crits for 12k, just a bit.

Well I think he was doing some DPS, but even then he was being way too conservative with mana. He kept on going on about how to spell his name, not knowing what Clearcasting is (which, imo, is what sets priests apart from the other healing classes), saving mana for an emergency, etc... when Archie crits for 12k on a 23k HP tank, then the whole combat is an emergency!

P.S. Grats to Rulk for getting Taunt fixed by a GM in BT!

It was really fun guys if its always like this and like no drama over whats going down I would really like to play again soon.

Thanks, Nicole. We actually modeled this guild after C.T/Dominant, only the good aspects about it though. We're still trying.
