Update! (kinda)

Hola, guildies, it is I, Antoinette, everyone's favorite Warlock!
My optical drive hasn't came in yet and what's worse is I have to shut off my DSL for a few days since I'm moving to a new place. I still plan on totally coming back and getting back into the swing of things as-soon-as I can!

Hi All, it's me DooDah! By now you all know I've been fired from Wowscape. Every attempt I make to tell you all what happened has been erased and then banned. I just wanted to let you know that I was fired for standing up to Peyton on a few issues.

The first issue was me telling her that "From now on I refuse to lie for you anymore. Burlex is gone from wowscape and is working on another server. If anyone asks, I will be telling them the truth becuase I REFUSE to lie for you any longer"

The 2nd issue was the state of the database. This was the conversation she posted. 1 of the parts she cut out was me telling her that I tired doing it diplomatically, just informing her something needed to be done. Then after 6 months I decided that "this isn't working" so I switched to bitching about it. When that didn't working I resorted to telling "others" ( there are certain people around that run to her with every little thing to gain favor). I told them knowing full well they would run to her. This worked to the point where she at least acknowledged that she did hear me, but still a month later nothing was done.

Then, one day she said the wrong thing to me. This resulted in me snapping and letting lose all the crap I had held in for a year and never said anything about. It ALL came out. Thats what she posted. Me freaking out. 2 weeks before this she held an emergency staff meeting and asked us all what the problems were, and we all told her the DB was the problem. Even Wolfys told her. Did she do anyting? NO. Didn't you see how she claims I freaked out over her hiring trinity? Yet I was fired and THEN Trinity was hired...( I don't have your email adresses, Silent does. He got them when You all made Accounts on HIS Servers, WowScape)

The following is a list of promises that Peyton has said to us all, and stuff we (staff) was forced to lie about to cover her tracks. I feel the need to come clean on it all and I sincerly apologize for misleading you all on them. Burlex IS gone, proof is posted below. Everything is linked so you can go see for yourselves that she did say them, and they never happened.

New Server To Scape!, We bring you a new server
"We will be opening a new server to join our Scape family of servers that will be an instant 70 server that you will be able to work up to level 80 on. The rates will be normal Bliz rates. The server will have the new AI scripts for the instances so they will be a challenge as they are intended to be. The donor gear will be balanced such as it is on Crack and Legion but will have custom effects and a custom look to it so they will be visually more interesting and cool looking.

I'm not going to bail on WoWScape... but it's going to be a long, long time before I even consider donating, and until they get their server and website crap back together, I'm going to hold off on investing a lot of time in my characters.

DooDah is right though, Peyton is an incompetent whore.

Well yes, Peyton is incompetent. She can't run the server and she can't manage to hire someone who can. That's a whole new level of fail. She can't even PAY someone to do it for her. She can't even hire admins who won't run around after they've been fired bitterly spreading drama about nonsensical shit like this. I totally didn't know that already. Thanks DooDah. Really.

Thanks for shedding light on this, but I guess maybe DooDah didn't know that most (if not all) of WoWScape's users knew all of this already to some degree and most simply don't care. Who gives a shit if one or two admins get fired? The server doesn't crash when an admin gets fired. He makes it sound like he's a saint and Peyton's just a lying, backstabbing bitch with a bad case of unwarranted self-importance. (Which she probably is to some extent, otherwise everyone wouldn't hate her so much)

You fucked up and got fired, DooDah. The email doesn't shed new light on anything except your bitterness. You don't see Burlex being a giant wet flapping douchebag and sending out mass emails and about getting canned and why we should all hate Peyton.

As fun as it is throwing stones at all the morons involved in all this drama I know it's not the right thing to do and really just wish that they'd all shut the fuck up and just fix the damn server already. There's enough speculation about what's going on and who did what and what did who and who fucked up and who's fault it all is. A lot of people on the server think they know what's going on and talk about it and just wait for people to drop Peyton's name just so they can shit all over it. Some are even very vocal in their hatred of Peyton without even having any real reason. I crack jokes about her incompetence sometimes but I outright refuse to join DooDah's or anyone else's choir. I suggest you all do the same.

I was so looking foward to Scape getting it's shit together after all the drama from a few months ago. Alas, it's not happening. --;;
